Pasta Worth Writing Home About

This started as a one-person with too much time on their hands project during COVID, just making pasta at home and figuring things out as I went. In 2026, I’m bringing it back with a more focused approach, but still keeping everything small-batch and handmade. Each batch is made by hand using simple ingredients and traditional methods, with an emphasis on consistency and quality.

The Kitty Behind The Name

Meet Nanamo! The two year old short haired tabby cat. Nanamo was a shelter kitty brought in from a cat hoarder house. When I first brought her home she was just a tiny 6 pound bundle of nerves with hair loss from stress. But after some time, safety, and lots of love she is enjoying lif here in Portland. Aaaand is growing back her fur.
